Scott didn't outstanding job talking me through how to fix my computer over the phone and it was incredibly helpful he also gave me some advice for a new computer which I plan on getting in the next month and his price was very reasonable.

Scott was great. Helped me diagnose what was wrong with my mac and then advised me on purchasing a new mac. When I got the new mac he helped me transfer all of the information from my old computer. Great guy! Very patient. Learned a lot talking to him.
