scott fixed a problem I had on my computer that others had given up on {(including apple support) his knowledge and his determination are amazing. i was lucky to find him and will always call him in the future if I need something repaired.

Scott was amazing. First he is a mac tech genius. If your mac isn't working he is your guy. But his services extend beyond just fixing your computer. Anyone can do that. He worked with me help me to clean up my current mac mess (I had thousands of duplicate files of all types across six hard drives and my mac), and helped me create a real backup/disaster recovery solution. Although I am tech savy, he also took the time to teach me new Mac tricks to be even more effective. He is now my go to guy for any computer needs in the future. He's so good I don't even mind the trek to boulder from denver.

Scott didn't outstanding job talking me through how to fix my computer over the phone and it was incredibly helpful he also gave me some advice for a new computer which I plan on getting in the next month and his price was very reasonable.
