We were able to get an appointment for the next day, and the electricians came during the time slot we were given. They knew what they were doing, had the tools and supplies they needed, and got the job done. They were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience all around.

Mr. Electric of Boulder was one of the first to reach out to come out and help with a bad outlet. I asked over the phone if I could get a quote and was told they couldn’t quote until they new what was wrong, which makes sense. Once the electrician finally made it to my house I was told that there would be a $340 diagnostic fee. That’s before any work would actually be done to fix the problem. My frustration comes from Mr. Electric not disclosing this over the phone when I was trying estimate how much things might cost. Leaving out valuable info to the customer lets you know you’re dealing with bad business people.

During the call you described that your breaker was intermittently tripping the breaker. This can be a simple problem to fix or may be a symptom of a serious underlying safety condition. We dispatched a technician, free of charge, to evaluate the problem. After an initial investigation, the technician determined that the issue was likely one of a few scenarios. He then quoted you for a Diagnostic and Repair, to isolate the issue and repair it immediately, all within the price quoted. I opened this business on the foundation of impeccable customer service, unwavering ethics, and fair pricing. We do not provide low-ball pricing over the phone and add on fees later. Instead, we offer free onsite estimates which are firm quotes that we stand by 100%. We offer a pricing guarantee on our of our quoted services. Once a quote is provided and a job is accepted by the customer, the pricing will not change once the job is completed.

We offer free electrical home safety inspections for new customers to ensure all jobs are performed completely, safely and to the full satisfaction of our customer.
