- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40.00 per hour long session if you see me once a week, and $35.00 per session if you see me twice or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal in offering a free consultation and workout to a potential client is to establish their strengths and weaknesses. Once we have that baseline, then we can go on to discuss exactly what they are looking to achieve by starting my new exercise program,... be it getting better at a sport or activity, losing weight, rehabbing an injury, or just getting more fit in general. At that point I'm able to customize a workout routine that is specific to their needs.

30 years experience as a Personal Trainer as well as being a published author in the field.
