- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially offer a complimentary 30 minute session to discover whether I will be the right solution to your challenges. Then the initial session is a discovery session where we focus on your passions and your dreams and aspirations for your life. Then all sessions are a combination of self-discovery processes, commitments, and homework to help you break through your comfort zone to achieve rapid transformation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Recently completed a one year course from Health Coaching University. I am also certified with David Essel's Coach Universe. I'm constantly reading and attending webinars to learn more from outstanding coaches. My own life coach is a constant source of information and inspiration. I also have access to numerous extremely effective energy healers who can help shift blocks very quickly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started coaching tennis while in college with a fantastic mentor and helped found an international tennis management company that took me to many parts of the world. I had the opportunity to own a tennis and fitness club in Florida for 10 years and got deeply into the health field, earning a degree in Holistic Nutrition. Moving into Life Coaching was an obvious and natural choice to enable me to have a more profound impact on more people's lives.
