We found a condo on Hotpads, so I sent an email to get more info. Terrence replied quickly with a contact number I could reach him at. When I called, he was very helpful and was able to provide me with all the information I needed as well as set up a time to view the home. When visiting the home, Terrence did not rush us and let us take our time. Since the market is crazy, we knew we had to jump on the place fast and Terrence was up front with how the process would be. We quickly applied and even heard from Terrence that night that he received the applications and he would run them the following morning. As promised, we heard from him first thing that morning. He went over everything in detail to make sure that everything was accurate. Upon approval, the portal was set up for us as well as the lease was sent for us to review. Anytime I had a question, Terrence replied quickly. He even reached out to some other clients to see if they were interested in buying our washer and dryer that we no longer needed. As a person that was in the rental and customer service industry for many years, it is great to work with someone that truly cares about his clients and helps in any way he can. We have been renting out several properties for over seven years and have struggled to find a reliable property management company until we stumbled upon Denver Property Management about three years ago. Denver Property Management is the best property management company ever! We are so pleased with the service we receive we have transferred all nine of our properties to DPM. DPM has found steady reliable tenants for all of our rental properties over the past several years. DPM screens potential tenants well in order to find the best applicant for your property, always find new tenants for our properties faster than we can ever imagine and often rents the property for more than what we expect! They have an expert knowledge of the rental market which helps them market the property competitively and get great end results. If something ever needs repair in one of our properties DPM will fix it promptly and at a very reasonable price. DPM has even managed the fix-up a disgustingly trashed house (which they were not managing at the time) and turned it into a beautiful rental property in less than three weeks for us (and now they are managing it). They have connections with a lot of good contractors in order to economically fix any issue with your property. DPM will reliably collect rent from tenants and if the tenants do happen to not pay will follow up until they do. They allow tenants to pay on-line which many of them appreciate. DPM is proactive so that any issues with tenants paying their rent are promptly resolved. When bad things happen DPM has legal affiliates in place to evict tenants quickly, effectively and at a reasonable price. We dont worry about our rental properties anymore since DPM is at our side! We were so impressed with the property management side of their business that we used them as our Realtor to purchase our own personal residence this summer as well. We had been working with another Realtor for over six months trying to find a house that would meet our familys needs within our price range and the other Realtor never was able to pull all the pieces together. So in May 2010 we got fed up with the old Realtor and decided to try DPM instead. DPM found us a perfect house at our target price within a couple of weeks of searching. They negotiated the deal well and stuck up for us as our representative. Use DENVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, and if you dont have a rental property just recommend them to everyone else!
An elderly family member was having trouble managing a rental property. Just couldn't separate business from personal involvement with the property. ASAM did the trick. Kept us informed with monthly spreadsheets and handled all the tenant issues including keeping it rented and maintained. The payments were always prompt and the annual report was a great help when tax filings were due. We would not hesitate using ASAM again.
I began working with In Touch Property Management in February 2014. I was moving across the country and needed someone to take care of the property for me. I was and am very attached to this property. Ive done a lot of work to the house improving the living space. It wasnt part of my plan to fix the house up and then turn it into a rental property. Life changes and I was moving. I contacted several property management companies. After all the sales pitches I decided to use In Touch Property Management. CJ is so easy to work with. I know she understands how much the house means to me. The fees are very reasonable. We talked about her resources for all the different issues that could come up. Sprinkler blow outs, inside painting or plaster work, yard care, anything you can imagine. I had to have the ceiling patched up in the house and she sent a man that she knew and he fixed it up perfectly. The ceilings have a very unique design to them and I wanted it matched. It looks fabulous. CJ found the folks to rent my property very quickly. Within a week. I was comfortable with how she chose the tenants. Although they passed every part of the qualification process when it came to moving in there were some issues. The tenants were frustrated and I was frustrated. These were things you cant screen for. CJ communicated to both of us and was able to reach an agreement that was satisfactory with both the tenants and me. She has a very clam demeanor which was really needed in this scenario. There is no doubt I will continue to use CJ as my property manager. Im happy with how she has managed my property.
Bergan & Company has done an excellent job managing my rental/investment property. Repairs and maintenance are done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. My largest concern when renting my house was getting tenants that would respect the property. Bergan & CO arranged for a great tenant who has been there for three years. I am very pleased with their services.

After dealing with several property management companies in Denver, as well as other states, Invested Real Estate Group's property management has now raised my expectations as to what a PM company should provide. Not only are their rates competitive, but the service is absolutely incredible. I have older properties and some require a bit of maintenance. IREG is always on top of it when it comes to addressing these items, which keeps my tenants happy. Their screening process is as good as it gets, and they have increased my cash flow based on their marketing. This is the new "standard" for property management. I cannot find a bad thing to say about this company.
I just wanted to take a minute to one, thank Josh LaRue and the rest of Renters Warehouse of Denver team for such a great work managing my rental property, it was a very professional and effective service from end to end; from the tenants selection to the tenant move-out report professionally documented in video. I had peace of mind during the rental period, they took care of fixing a couple of maintenance issues in the property at a very fair price, and I they also managed smoothly a change of tenants.
