I am in my 70s and not tech savvy. I had three desktop computers, two of which were ten years old and increasingly running slowly. I wanted to consolidate everything onto the newest computer. Fixalize IT was terrific: Responded quickly when I first contacted them; arrived at the arranged time; listened to what I wanted and explained (in non-tecnical language) my options; consolidated everything onto one desktop, updated everything, and make sure the systemis secure; and answered all my questions. I had an issue after they left, and they walked me through the fix. The desktop is now running beautifully, and everything is on one computer. I am very pleased. Fixalize IT is the real deal. I will use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

Drew was amazing! He installed my new computer and also improve the work of our old computer. He downloaded the old the data from the old computer onto the new computer and he was very thorough and professional and he knew a lot about computers. I would hire him in a second so if you’re looking for someone that knows a lot about computers and how to install everything he’s your guy.

The tech showed up on time, prepared, and patiently listened to my concerns and complicated computer issues. He then went to work on those issues and resolved them in an efficient and very timely manner. There was no wasted time or unnecessary side trails in our discussions. I was impressed at the professionalism of the rep. I will be using this company again.

My old printer died and I panicked. But Drew of Fixalizeit arrived. He trouble shooted and after determining it was beyond repair came up with a low cost replacement. He was efficient, professional and personable. I am elderly and truly appreciated this service!

As soon as I posted what I needed I believe I was contacted within 1/2 an hour if that the gentleman I talked to was extremely friendly and professional and actually offered to help me out and to troubleshoot and see what the problem was if possible and we're still ongoing because I have something to talk to him that concerned the original problem but he seemed very well prepared to tackle whatever problem I have with my computers so prompt courteous knowledgeable professional I would I don't have any reason to go anywhere else actually in the future
