Matt with Elevated Resource Group is truly spectacular! I'm a new, first time home owner and reached out regarding the rework of my entire main level flooring. Matt explained the process as well as my potential options, was patient with my line of questioning, and demonstrated well founded knowledge and experience. He was communicative from start to finish, meticulous in providing exactly what I requested, and completed this project within our agreed upon time frame without cutting any corners. Matt clearly takes pride in his work, and my new home is that much better because of it. For as long as Elevated Resource Group is in business, I will stay a repeat customer. Elevated Resource Group is amazing! We had our custom entry way tile completed by them several years ago and we loved it so much that when it was time to remodel our main bath they were the only company we wanted to do the work for us. We were thrilled with their work once again!!! They are truly artistic and extremely professional. They treated our job like it was their own home. Matt was very professional and seemed very experienced when he came to quote the project of leveling our concrete floor using self leveler and then laying LVP. Unfortunately the project was outside of his experience level (although he said he had leveled hundreds of floors prior). After multiple attempts, the floor was not level but Matt assured us it wouldn’t be noticeable after laying the flooring. He was not able to complete the project as expected and we are stuck with very uneven floors. This affects the noise when walking on the floors, the manufacturers warranty and the way the baseboards look and lay. We are unfortunately out the thousands of dollars spent on the labor and materials and stuck with uneven floors.
