Monika is a true healer. She integrates massage therapy with alternative healing methods that allow you to relax and go inward to figure out what is causing you pain. With her help I have been able to attach emotions to the parts of my body that hurt, and with her guidance I am able to work through those emotions to heal my body. She is not your traditional massage therapist you would find at a chain massage company. She meets you where you are in your journey and guides you along the way.
I was not open to this type of massage therapy for a very long time, and then I started noticing changes in my physical and emotional body and for the first time in 5 years, I am waking up pain free everyday.
