- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with new clients it is important to me to meet the client and see if we are a good fit. I typical have the client come in and we visit about their needs and what they are looking for in the relationship as a client. Sometime it is impossible for them to come to the office, so we will have a phone conference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my field to keep up with the changing tax laws I do over 64 Continuing Education every year. I am also participate in the Annual Filing Season Program through the IRS.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have 15 years of tax preparation experience. I worked for a national company for 7 years as an Office Manager and Tax Advisor. Prior to that I worked for a local attorney in Kansas doing tax preparation and bookkeeping.
