Amazing job and so friendly. I would 100% use them again if I wasn't moving to LA. I wouldnt think of using any other carpet cleaners in Denver. They even have a guarentee on their work for move outs and just genuine people. Thank you both for doing such a great job!

Everlush is the best carpet cleaning service we've EVER used. Had a lot of pet stain issues and Vinson made our home look like we had NEW carpet. His system is superior to any of the many other cleaners (or splash and dashers) guys we've used. A real Pro! I'm now a Everlasher for ever! ! ! James Jordan

We hired Chris from High Country Steam to clean our Air Ducts. Chris was punctual friendly, professional and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. After shopping around Chris had the best prices and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I absolutely plan to use him again. We plan to use High Country Cleaners to steam clean our carpets next time.

I was blown away by the punctuallity, professionalism, and quality of this carpet cleaning company. They did an impeccable job at cleaning our carpets, which had some urine odor due to an older dog. David was so great to work with and this is one of the best experiences I have had with a carpet cleaning company. I will be hiring them next time.

They did some rooms for us a few months ago. Cleaners we've used in the past always leave a bunch of soap within the carpet, which then attracts dirt and you constantly have to re-clean. We haven't had to clean in months, but look forward to someday having them back.

Showed up on time, friendly service, very reasonable prices, carpet was wet and took some time to dry, but kinda expected that. Hair and fiber piles left in spots, so had to vacuum again after wards. Surprised he didn't elevate furniture legs on small blocks as other carpet cleaners have done to protect furniture feet and better access to carpet. Over all good for the price. Just looking to get the carpet cleaned after a long winter inside with dogs.

My father's house was in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Bryn took on the task and did a wonderful job. My dad couldn't be happier and has now hired her on a regularly scheduled basis. She is a super hard worker and I appreciate her determination to ensure that the client is happy. Thank you Bryn for making my dad happy and his life a little bit easier.

Nicole cleaned EVERYTHING. She was incredibly thorough and did such a good job. And her personality was the best... I've hired cleaners before who made me feel very self-conscious about the fact that my house was a mess. I never got that from Nicole. Friendly, warm, encouraging. I haven't felt so good about my house in years!

Lluvia has cleaned for us for almost 18 months. She is extremely reliable, diligent, hard working and flexible. You can provide cleaning products or she will bring her own for an additional minimal charge. She is always willing to add days when we have out of town guests or a party. Highly recommend her!!!

Wonderful experience! I love the self service website. I can go online and schedule my own appointment and pay with a credit card. I chose to pay using my PayPal account. That's just awesome. Who else does that. This company is truly customer service oriented and they do great work. The lady who came out cleaned up everything. The house is spotless and it doesn't smell like chemicals since they use eco friendly cleaning products. Totally worth it. Give them a try and you will be hooked just like me.

Jake's Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job on our carpets! We live in an apartment and our floors were in serious need of being cleaned. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. I appreciated that they explained the process and the products they were going to use on the carpet. All of the products they used were safe for my toddler to be around. They did a great job and got the carpet cleaner than it was when we moved in. I will absolutely use Jake's anytime I need my floors cleaned, air ducts cleaned or anything else the company provides. I recommend them to all of my friends!

I had a move out cleaning in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment about 1000 sq feet. She did a detailed, thorough job of cleaning the oven, refrigerator (the two biggest culprits that can cost you your security deposit), and the bathrooms. The floors were laminate and she used a cleaner that made them shine and didn't dull them. The bathrooms including the drawers and the little things you don't think of were cleaned and dusted out. From top to bottom, she did an amazing job of making the apartment immaculate and in good condition. When my landlord and I did the walk-through he was very impressed and mentioned that the cleaning company did a very good job. My landlord is selling my place and needed it to be in perfect condition to show for potential buyers. I have been cleaning myself professionally for over 15 years but was not allowed to clean my apartment out per the lease agreement. I was very impressed with everything done and would highly recommend Padilla's House Cleaning Services for any cleaning job. She was courteous, on time, and finished this move out in three hours, which is a very good time frame. Would definitely hire again! Thank you so much!

The owners of freedom cleaners are very knowledgeable. I called them gave a brief explanation of the job, they arranged to come at 12:30 and arrived on time. After doing a walk thru of the job, 5 hours later job done. Did not have to monitor the pictures sent to me was enough. The area was left cleaner then it’s been in a long time. Thank you freedom cleaners Colorado

    Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How can I get my grout clean?

Dirt, mildew and grime can make your grout lines look downright tragic. If you have the ability, DIY tile and grout cleaning is definitely doable. Your main obstacles are time, project size, availability of the right materials and effort. Your first step in tile and grout cleaning is making sure the surface area is cleaned of basic dirt and buildup and wiped down. Be sure not to use a bleach-based cleaning agent, which could react dangerously with the vinegar used in later steps.

Depending on the delicacy of your tile and grout, it may be wise to start with water and friction before proceeding to a cleaning solution. In the shower you can spray the area while brushing gently, or use a spray bottle filled with warm water on countertops or floors. If water won’t do the trick, try a solution of equal parts warm water and white vinegar, and repeat the gentle brushing motion. This combination should begin to lift dirt and grime from the grout. For additional tile and grout cleaning power, baking soda applied directly to grout lines and sprayed with your water vinegar solution can help suds off sticky grime. If your DIY cleaning solutions aren’t doing the trick, store-bought sprays and pastes may have more cleansing power. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning and enjoy your sparkling clean grout.

Tile and grout cleaning supplies include:

    • Old standard or electric toothbrush
    • Stiff bristle brush
    • Spray bottle
    • White vinegar
    • Commercial grout cleaner

How much does it cost to clean tile and grout?

The national average cost for tile and grout cleaning ranges from $190 to $250. Pros may charge a flat fee or by the square foot. Rates can vary depending on the type of tile and grout you have (more delicate tiles may mean specialized products or careful handwashing), how dirty your tile and grout are, and what part of the country you are in (regional labor rates and costs to do business affect costs). For example, one floor cleaning company charges 75 cents per square foot for tile and grout cleaning for projects that permit cleaning by machine. Another company may charge $30-$50 per hour for hand-cleaning of tiles. Companies often charge a minimum fee for services to ensure their business expenses are met when they accept a job, no matter how small. In addition, a tile and flooring cleaning professional may charge added fees, such as $25 or more, to move heavy furniture or appliances.

How do professionals clean tile and grout?

If you need tile and grout cleaning and don’t have the time or mobility for scrubbing your entire house on your hands and knees, it’s time to turn to the pros. Tile and grout cleaning professionals have industrial-grade machines designed for the sole task of cleaning the porous materials of grout and tile. Typically, a cleaning pro will come out to assess the job and provide you with a quote. Often they charge per square foot (for example, 75 cents per square foot), with higher prices or an hourly rate for areas that will need hand cleaning. The national average cost for tile and grout cleaning ranges from $190 to $250. Once onsite, the pros thoroughly clean the area by wiping or sweeping down and then vacuuming up any dry dirt. Next a chemical tile cleaner is sprayed over the surface, causing dirt to loosen and adhere to the spray; the industry term for this is “suspension.” The pros then clean the floor with professional-strength machines, which often use a combination of steam, brushes and vacuum to loosen, agitate and lift entrenched dirt. Your floor is then rinsed, removing all the spray. Usually a small room can be cleaned in under an hour. Applying a sealant afterward is recommend and will also affect cost.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
