Introduction: We are licensed as Architects and General Contractors, providing a one stop resource of all-inclusive services for Residential and Light Commercial projects. These services are inclusive of: Architecture; Engineering; Consultation, Construction Management and Design-Build. Our (10) licenses in multi States provides our Clients with an expanse of opportunity, by utilizing our Design-Build system of benefits. Because we provide both the architectural designs and the construction services, we are able to create plans that work within a budget, before construction even begins and then assure the Client that it will be executed in the field per plans, with close supervision of all subcontractors and material suppliers resulting in a quality and timely schedule. After (25) years of designing and building multiple building types (Offices; Homes; Restaurants; etc.), we're able to intuitively incorporate our Client's desires into a three dimensional reality, resulting in a project that all of us will be proud of upon completion. We also offer other select resources for Client's who choose to participate in the project themselves, as Owner-Builder. These options along with additional information of experience, reviews (Clients, Peers, Subcontractors), additional services, etc. is available on our website.

I highly recommend reaching out to BSA Inc. to discuss your project needs! BSA Inc. Design & Construction is a highly reputable firm!! I hired BSA Inc. to help design an single-story addition to my home to help meet current and future needs of an elderly individual in our family. Barry has been top-notch and provided a very creative design to help optimize the needs of our family. He has also been very instrumental with assisting us with providing construction consultation services. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to do business with BSA Inc. I had deadlines to meet with demanding needs, and Barry came through for me. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could, he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and he did it all in the short time he had. I would definitely recommend him and will be working with him in the future!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is dependent upon the service(s) requested. Please contact us regarding your project and its scope of work, for discussion.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Please see our Design-Build format on our website at bsadesignbuild.com, which clarifies in detail this process (I believe you'll find it interesting).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a licensed Architect, I was required to obtain (8) years of tenure from Architecture school and working full time for licensed Architects, before being allowed to sit for my (42) hour State Board exam. Also, every year I attend seminars for (18) hours or more, to become more knowledgeable of the many different aspects of residential building in categories of: energy; lighting; structure; materials; codes; handicap; roofing; plumbing; electrical; mechanical; etc. As a General Contractor, I was required to work (4) years full time for a general contractor, before sitting for my State Board exam and I now have over (25) years experience building.
