They were able to quickly assess issue with my laptop and quickly repair it. Upon arriving to pick it up I was assisted in getting myself set up with Microsoft office it was greatly appreciative of their help.

Took in laptop that fell off table. They recomm ended upgrade to new equipment instead of repair and found a new laptop to suit my needs for a cost that wasn't much more than repair cost.. Good advise. I will recomend Nerds 2 Go to friends.

AMAZING- after taking my computer to Geek Squad at Best Buy and told it was hopeless and my best option was to buy a new laptop ($200 later) Joe at NerdsToGo was able to get my computer day of, diagnose the problem within an hour, and fixed it for $63.48 two hours after that. He was professional and efficient and SAVED MY LAPTOP. I'll 100% go to them first for my future tech support. I really appreciated their quick work.
