- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with martial arts and was a gymnast for 11 years. By age 22 I was hooked on Kung Fu. I married a martial artist and after 2 car accidents I fell in love with the internal/ healing martial arts and yoga.

Getting a client's hips to open up in a restorative asana!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I'm focused on alignment and breathing techniques.
