- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on a flexible pricing model based on the customer's needs and how large the job is. It is competitive for the area and always keeps the customer in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a 15 min introductory consultation over Zoom to understand the project and the customer's needs. Alternatively, if the client provides inspiration images and/or a description of their design goals, I like to put together an estimate and a quick overview of services to get us started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in home renovation for several years and have taken on more than 145 clients throughout my design career. Interior design is my passion and I love being able to transform a customer's space to something that feels intentional but welcoming and completely unique to you.
