Anna displays such an incredible mix of professionalism, curiosity and genuine empathy in sessions that it feels easy to open up and get to the parts that previously longed to stay hidden. She creates a shame free zone with her kindness and openness to whatever is brought to the therapy room. I found myself drawn to the experience of being able to talk and really feel seen and heard along with having actual techniques to try to create future change. When facing an unpredictable world, its nice to find a therapist who truly creates a safe space for anyone and who brings such knowledge, humor and comfort.

I offer a sliding scale - please schedule a free consultation to find out more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit. The first session consists of us getting to know each other. I will ask questions about your life, your complaints and symptoms, and your goals. It is always up to you how much you want to disclose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in social work and a bachelor's in psychology. I am completing additional post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy at Denver Family Institute. I am trained in Level 2 of the Gottman Method, Level 1 of EMDR, and I am a certified trauma professional.
