Matthew Flemr says, "Used WireNut for the first time. I sent an online inquiry about having a comprehensive electrical and safety inspection at my home. I did this on the weekend and received a call early on Monday morning. The customer service provided on the phone was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised with the pricing for the inspections. Our service technician was named.Kamal. He was very courteous and gave excellent communication and service. He serviced and inspected our furnace and air conditioner. After he had completed his inspections and work, he explained everything that he checked and even showed me several pictures of what he was able to clean. We have had HVAC companies in the past service our Systems but Ive never taken the time to explain things or show us pictures. Kamal Had a few items that he recommended we have maintenance completed on. This is always the scary part. Kamal Presented the information without any pressure and let me know that it was my decision if and when we decided to have the maintenance work done. I did research the pricing for each item. He went over after he left. For my research, some of the pricing seemed a bit high and other parts aligned with what I found online as average pricing. Again, there was no pressure. Overall, my experience was excellent with WireNut! They have a very Fairly priced membership, which includes four different inspections annually. Plumbing, electrical HVAC-furnace and air conditioner. I will stick with them for at least these inspections as a service is excellent."See more

Unreliable. Don’t pay until job is done. He mentioned a bad review because he did drop something off to a customer. Should have sent up a ref flag. Did not finish the job. Paid $1250 to John to install 2 lines of 220, 1 GFI outlet, counter outlet, put in Dishwasher plug, garbage disposal switch, and outlet for Under Cabinet Microwave. He ran 2 lines for 220, put in GFI and Counter and Microwave outlet and wired for Dishwasher Outlet without plug. So there is live wires exposed. Said he would have to get some additional items to finish and said he would return Saturday or Monday. Plugged into one of the outlet and both outlets went dead and kicked the breaker. Also the Microwave outlet was off center to existing outlet. When I texted John on Sunday he asked if I reset GFI in bathroom. Power came on and told him concerned the circuit was overloaded. He said, “ Okay we will run an extra circuit for the kitchen tomorrow. No Problem! Was suppose to be here Monday noon. No show, no call after 2 Text, 2 phone calls, and and a post to him on Thumbtack. Received a text on Tuesday, that his Sim card in phone was dead and would call shortly. No call, no show. Hired another Electrician to complete job.
