Kim responded to my add almost immediately and was eager to earn the job of cleaning a property inside and outside. Very negotiable as far as scope of work and price. Completed on time and above standards for a reasonable price adding value to the money I spent. Definitely will contact kim in the future for any other jobs I may have.
