Mark was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly and was at my house fast. He diagnosed my dryer, explained the problem clearly, and had it fixed in no time. He also offered to look at my other appliances, checked my washer, and gave me helpful tips for other issues. He was friendly, professional, and respected our no-shoes rule. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him!

Mike, the technician that came to do the range repair, was extremely polite, punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept us informed when he would arrive and kept to that schedule. We really appreciated having Mike come and do the repair. I highly recommend him and if we needed appliance repair work again will most definitely use this company and technician again.

I love honesty more than anything with repairs. When I reported the issue with my washer, he was direct in explaining hia experience with my model and with my specific issue. Unfortunately the news wasn't good and the issue is not something thats easily fixed. However I would rather that level of honesty rather than dumping a lot of money into an issue that isn't guaranteed to work.
