- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on keeping things simply. The price quoted is essentially the price...if we speak in person, on the phone or visit the property I will personally guarantee the price. You shouldn't be penalized if I quote or do not ask the right questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified, in November we will be attending classes for Flood and Water Damagme to keep on top of new techniques and improvements in the industry. We will also be adding Duct Cleaning and Certifications very soon!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Freedom to work on my terms and not on a false set of values that hang on a wall. We set honest expectations, charge fair fees and unrivaled customer service. Every corporation totes a mission statement but most are too large to enforce this.
