Just a moment ago I was writing something about Tony Navarro and how good he has been about solving computer issues for me and the page just disappeared so I hope this copy arrives where it is intended because I have no idea what happened to my previous start. Now, about Tony. He is an incredible talent and a truly humble human being. He has never talked down to me and has never failed to solve whatever issue I've been confronted with. Sometimes just talking me through a situation on the phone. Sometimes sharing my screen, computer, while I have watched in amazement. Once, I even shipped my computer to Tony for hardware upgrades and he made sure I was not without it for very long. He could have dragged his feet and made excuses about how long it would have to be in the shop, but that's not Tony. I'm just an ordinary old man but Tony has always treated me as if I were some CEO.
