- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the number of attendees, design requests, number of hours requested & if additional painters or services are needed. Average charge is $75/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will submit a quote to the requestor noting what is included in the cost & the services I can provide. I really prefer to speak with them if possible to get a better idea of their expectations & if I am unable to provide them with the specific service I will recommend someone & guide them as to what to ask others. Once I have been hired I will discuss all the details & show up early to set up & prepare. I keep in touch with them & contact them prior to the event to see if they have any questions or if there have been any changes since we spoke last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for 35 years. I remember making mud pies & Painting them with whatever I could.... actual paint, my mother's make-up, nail polish etc. I took art classes through high school & continued with a few painting courses at a community college. I watch a number of YouTube tutorials & pick up on techniques quickly.
