- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer is to schedule a date and time for an inspection, provide a quote (A ballpark quote is usually provided upon request), then scheduling a time for the work to be completed to the satisfaction of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife and have done pest control for 6 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I earned my degree in Fisheries and wildlife and started working pest control as a wildlife biologist. Once I started, my interest grew to treating for a wide variety of pest!
