I need a bid and work done on my gutters very quickly. He came the same day, bid job while here. The work was finish a few days later. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing gutter cleaning and repair.
Bob was super easy to work with. He quickly provided a quote for gutter clean out and adding gutter screens. He was on the job the next day. He worked quickly, did a thorough job and cleaned up after he was done. Happy customer!

Robert responded quickly, and was able to come out the next day. he took pictures of what was happening in the gutter, explained how he would proceed to repair the gutter and told us the price. when he completed the job, he took pictures of what he did, since we cannot see up on top of the roof. He did a great job, we are very pleased.

Robert did an outstanding job installing our 36-foot gutter with two downspouts. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and showed exceptional attention to detail—especially in the layout and placement of the downspouts. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he communicated clearly throughout the project. He also went above and beyond by cleaning debris off of the roof and hauling away the old gutter. I highly recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give a written “quote” it’s exactly that, it includes everything, materials, labor, tear off, haul away and tax. It’s what I’ll ask for when I am done. Very rarely will something come up that was impossible to see until the old comes down like rotted fascia or soffit but you will be notified as soon as the problem presents itself, never at the end with a surprise up charge. You will make the decision on what you want to do and will never be forced into something you don’t want done. A lot of companies will use little “tricks” to be the lowest bid or “estimate” such as not charging to haul away the old gutter leaving a heap of jagged metal for you to contend with or adding the tax in after the job is completed so that’s another question you should be ready to ask. With us it’s clearly written on the QUOTE, tax, labor, materials and haul away included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends on them, if they are curious and want to have a discussion about what they want or have questions and concerns, I will spend as much time as needed making them feel comfortable with there choices. If they just want someone to “FIX” this mess, I’m happy to give them a quote with any suggestions I may have for them clearly marked on the diagram without even having to meet. I’m a bit old school so I enjoy meeting and discussing my work with people but in this day and age of high tech, I have done every bit of a job just communicating through text and emails and never meeting or speaking a word with a customer. Everything we do is on the outside of your house so we do not need entry or even someone being home for us to do our job. That being said, I always communicate what day and time I plan to be at your house and never show up unannounced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years of tweeking and fine tuning MY system, is as much training and education YOU should need.
