Liz’s Cleaning & Home Organizing

I’m a Master’s dietetics student studying to become a licensed dietitian. I have one more year until I graduate. My passion is around nutrition, meal prepping, and helping people gain a better relationship with food through personalized nutrition coaching. I’m able to create tailored meal plans for specific dietary needs and restrictions. I also like to take the extra step and help people organize their refrigerators and pantries so they can learn to make better choices on their own which is part of my meal prepping and nutrition coaching services. In my current dietetics course, we are taking the ServSafe Manager exam for food and meal prep safety to ensure food quality and safety.
