We had an urgent time sensitive need for our roof during the sale of our home. Joe was incredibly quick to respond and adjust his schedule to help us the same day.
He gave me honest advice and inexpensive repairs and got it all done quickly.
He was also able to provide a roof certification for us.
We will absolutely use Rex for all roofing needs moving further, and will recommend him to family and friends who need anything for their roof!

You can stop looking, you just found the company you need! I contacted Joe when I had an issue with a company not following up after a mitigation from a water heater leak. Joe was so nice to listen to my issue, and get right on helping me. Shannon the Office Mgr and Don the Project Mgr were so great to work with. So here is the kicked, Rex Roofing and Restoration didn't do the scope of work that I needed done, but that didn't matter everyone rallied and got my issue resolved. No words can express how happy I am to have found this company, and they will be the first ones I call in the future too. Thank you everyone at Rex Roofing and Restoration!

I appreciated the guidance and support that Joe provided while navigating the insurance and code enforcement process. Joe is very knowledgeable regarding all of the compliance issues and requirements. During the construction phase I found the office manager, Shannon, to be very helpful in coordinating paperwork and scheduling. The construction manager, Don, did an excellent job of coordinating the scheduling of the very capable and skilled work crew. I was very pleased with the results and the overall experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair-market value for professionals who never compromise on quality, service or communication. If you're looking for the cheapest work, we are likely not a good fit; but if you value great work AND great value... we will be able to provide you with a competitive quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free inspection and project consultation. From "acceptance" (contract signed, material selected) we can usually start your project with 2-4 weeks; and complete it in as little as 1 day depending on size and complexity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed roofers in every jurisdiction that we work, as well as completing optional "TRI" certification relating to specialty tile roofing project. In regards to tile roofing we are one of 4 contractors in the state that is a certified installer for tile manufacturers, and has completed all the relevant TRI training.
