I'm Alex, the owner and pilot at Aerial Professional Services, a veteran-owned drone photography business based in Colorado Springs. I'm FAA Part 107 certified, and every flight is planned around airspace, weather and safety before I arrive. What I photograph: - Homes and land for sale: aerial and ground photos that show the lot, the neighborhood and the view - Commercial property: listings, leasing, and marketing for owners and brokers - Roofs: overhead and close-up condition photos after hail or wind, without anyone walking the roof - Construction progress: the same angles every visit, so owners and lenders can see what changed - Site maps (orthomosaics): one high-resolution, straight-down image of an entire property How it works: send me the address and what you need the photos for. I'll check the airspace (much of Colorado Springs is near the airport, Peterson, Fort Carson or the Academy) and tell you up front what's possible, including any altitude limits. I fly most shoots between 10 AM and 2 PM for good light, weather permitting. Edited photos are delivered by an online link, usually within 48 hours. Pricing is a flat quote based on location, scope and the number of photos. I'll confirm it with you before the flight and won't add charges without asking first. I've completed dozens of commercial and residential shoots across Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, Falcon, Woodland Park and Pueblo, and I hold a 5.0 rating on Google from 13 reviews. Honest limits: my maps and roof photos are documentation, not a certified land survey or a licensed roof inspection. If you need either of those, I'll say so and point you to the right professional.
