Heith was amazing! He worked so hard to unstop our drain in our older home. He answered all my questions, explaining what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to to anyone who was looking for an independent plumber.

Excel Plumbing and Services is a great company! Heith was great to work with and his customer service was above and beyond any plumber I've dealt with so far! His pricing is definitely competitive and he pays attention to detail! All of his work was done with care for my home and I love that I wasn't just another number. He cared about the work he did and it shows. If you need a fantastic plumber, he's your guy!

I wanted to give them a good review, but due to terrible communication, lack of follow through and opaque billing, unfortunately this is a 1-star situaiton. More than once Excel said they were coming to finish our project and just never showed up. When I followed up, Excel said they had another project that ran long and so just didn't come to our previously scheduled project, but never contacted us to say they were not coming. In the end, our project was left incomplete and non-functional, but with a multi-thousand dollar bill, and a complete stop in communication from the "pro". I would recommend hiring someone, anyone, else.
