I was amazed at the response I received in setting up an appointment. I spoke with the owner, Jesus, and explained my problem. He was very anxious to help and took all my info. He apologized that he could not be at my residence to fix the problem until around 2:30pm., it was around 10:30 am that I called him. The technician, Michaell, (sp) arrived on time, and had the replacement part in his hands. He had completed the repairs in approximately 30 minutes. I can honestly say, I have never received such service prior to this call to Galvan Enterprises. Their rates are/were very reasonable. My overall experience with them dictates nothing more than an EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATION to anyone needing an appliance repair. Extremely easy to work with and establish an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Can not say enough good about them. Will definitely call them again if I need service on any appliance.
