I was amazed at the response I received in setting up an appointment. I spoke with the owner, Jesus, and explained my problem. He was very anxious to help and took all my info. He apologized that he could not be at my residence to fix the problem until around 2:30pm., it was around 10:30 am that I called him. The technician, Michaell, (sp) arrived on time, and had the replacement part in his hands. He had completed the repairs in approximately 30 minutes. I can honestly say, I have never received such service prior to this call to Galvan Enterprises. Their rates are/were very reasonable. My overall experience with them dictates nothing more than an EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATION to anyone needing an appliancerepair. Extremely easy to work with and establish an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Can not say enough good about them. Will definitely call them again if I need service on any appliance.

Jesus was awesome! Got out to my house in less than 24 hours. Had all the things needed to fix my problem in stock and fixed my dryer in less than 2 hours. Price was so reasonable. And he even found me a part online for my stove that I could order for myself and didn’t charge for the help! Amazing guy. Will call him again when needed

It’s unfortunate they will only let me choose three of the five options on the feedback. Responsiveness and professionalism definitely top-notch. I cannot say enough about this company and the service that we got from them. We will definitely be using them again in the future. We had a dishwasher that was leaking from the door all the way across the bottom of the door. I reached out on a Friday and really was not expecting to hear back or be able to see anybody until the following week but they had somebody in my kitchen within two hours. I mean beyond what I expected. And by Monday, they had my dishwasher completely fixed after our part was ordered I will definitely use them again.
