Service technician was amazing. He came ready to answer any questions on my washer and had adequate knowledge to know common problems with it without having to call a manufacturer to help him troubleshoot. He showed up on time and I didn't have to wait around for him during a large time frame so I didn't have to use up much of my work leave to get service. Washer was diagnosed in the first visit and fixed by the second visit after he ordered parts. No followup visits needed as it was fixed the first round! Thanks Pike's Peak!
