Though Zak did not actually end up doing the job for us he helped a great deal. We had a bit of a communication problem (ie bad phone numbers). Because of his high level of customer service he stopped by and diagnosed anyway and it is a problem my husband can fix. I will definitely call him again for our next appliance repair need.

Zac was amazing. All the other repair shops were more expensive and at least a week out to schedule. Zac made the time, fixed the problem, and did it for less than the other guys were charging to just do a diagnosis. Zac was A+. We will definitely use him again.
