I’ve utilized Zac for both my washer & dryer repairs recently. He clearly explained what was wrong & what repairs were needed. He completed both jobs in a timely manner at a very fair price. I would recommend Zac for anyone with Samsung products for either service or maintenance.

Zac did a great job on our issue and recomendation that repair and labor would funds would be better spent on a new washer vs repsir of old washer which has probably exceeded its usefulness
