- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes and no. I've taken CE in whiplash, myo-fascial therapy, and others. I've discovered that my research and development I continually do, gives me more knowledge than most of those who put on CE classes. For example, sports massage is a specialty type of massage. They teach massage of the running muscles and not the muscles of respiration. If an athlete can't breathe to potential, rubbing their legs means nothing!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 2 years doing research and development into alternative health care; 2000 to 2002. I am a master herbalist, certified in acupressure, reflexology and Bach Flower Essences. I felt that massage therapy woult allow me to bring together my various disciplines so I would be more effective in healing people.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mastered treatment for headaches: migraine; cluster; periodic, etc. I have advanced the treatment and therapy for whiplash. I am able to end low back pain including sciatica. Acid reflux is a simple therapy. Menstrual problems and pain are totally managable. Foot, knee, hip pain is easy to stop. ! I tt
