1. Get an overall idea of what they want and why. (i.e. esthetics, something new, updating, functionality, or selling) 2. What kind of research has been done about the project. (i.e. preferred products to be used, preferred suppliers, how long project should take etc...) 3. Estimated start time or project completion date. 4. Budget for project. (Either set limit or range.) 5. Complete project, with walk through begore final payment.
