- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Pricing is tailored to the project scope, materials, and design choices. We also offer financing options for larger projects and occasionally provide seasonal discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential client can go on our *******, log into our client portal, and schedule us to come out for a free estimate from there. They can also ****************************. We then come out to see the project and take notes. An estimate is sent through our client portal at which point the client can accept it and we schedule work to start. We update our client portal with photos and project status until completion. Once the job is completed we send the bill to the client through our customer portal. The client has the option to pay cash, check, credit card, or even finance.

Our team is led by licensed general contractor Chris Shannon, who has years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling. We stay current with the latest building codes, design trends, and installation best practices, including certification in using trusted systems like Schluter Kerdi for waterproof tile showers.
