They are very responsive but the quote they gave me was Ridiculously high. Over 10 a sq foot to just lay tile. No grout, no underlayment. Probably do great work just costly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential client can go on our website, log into our client portal, and schedule us to come out for a free estimate from there. They can also call or email us to schedule. We then come out to see the project and take notes. An estimate is sent through our client portal at which point the client can accept it and we schedule work to start. We update our client portal with photos and project status until completion. Once the job is completed we send the bill to the client through our customer portal. The client has the option to pay cash, check, credit card, or even finance.
