Christopher, DonShay and the team at Revolution did a great job on our move out clean, tackling high traffic areas and stubborn spots with care and effectiveness. The carpets look great, which is awesome after having a houseful of teenagers for years! The carpets took longer to dry in some areas, but that’s because DonShay shared that he’d spent extra time in key areas to make sure the carpets looked their best. He made time to explain where and why — so I knew what to expect! Plus, they were responsive and worked with my budget, which was much appreciated. Thank you!

Did a great job with drying and cleaning up after my basement water leak. Got the job done with a wonderful attitude and didn't leave a mess although they had to lug heavy wet carpet and padding up a flight of stairs. Would heartily recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We typically charge .35 cents per square foot. However there is a $99 minimum. Other charges may vary depending on customer needs. There are no hidden costs, all costs will be discussed prior to cleaning.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When interacting with a new customer, we first go through the Customer Needs Questionaire (CNQ) to quickly determine exactly what services are needed to best suit them and get a good understanding of what they would like cleaned. During this process we write up an estimate to show them their options. From there we work with the customer to schedule the cleaning or get straight to work. Whether it's cleaning upholstery, area rugs, commercial/residential carpeting or all of the above we can get the job done!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Along with over 7 years of carpet cleaning experience, I am a Certified Carpet Technician (CCT), a certification from the IICRC.(Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications).
