Michael catered a family holiday diner for us and we could not have been happier! The tamales were delicious and there was such a variety of fillings, everyone found something they loved. Michael was extremely easy to work with and priced very fair. He arrived on time and we could not have been happier. I highly recommend him!!!

Michael is great, I found him on Nextdoor app and I am very happy I did!
I am not the best at cooking nor do I really have the time. He preps all my meals for the entire week and makes sure that it’s going to be something I enjoy. It has been a huge help since now I have lunch and dinner. I don’t have to spend money eating out, which also isn’t very healthy. He always responds in a very professional yet friendly way. Not to mention pricing is very fair. I am very thankful!

Michael has prepared several meals for me over the years and has always put love, care and deliciousness into each one. Every bite exploded with goodness and flavor in my mouth. Highly recommend Michael to prepare any meal you need or want to eat.

Chef Michael makes the most amazing Food you ever tasted! I have been to many many Venues that he catered! The Food was outstanding!! I highly recommend Chef Michael for any events you have!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair with my pricing. I mainly just charge for groceries and whatever both of us can come up with that is fair for the both of us :-) I don’t believe in overcharging.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would really like to get to know my new customer on a personal basis and become friendly with them. This is more then a job to me it’s about hospitality and giving and sharing food and experiences. I’m not the best chef in the world but I make good food and I have a good time with the people that like to eat it :-)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my associates in occupational science degree at the Institute of technology in Clovis California. After I trained with my mentor at the elbow room doing wine dinners and special events and catering. I have also worked for a French bakery, I have worked for several fast food restaurants, and I have also done lots and lots of freelance work. I have been watching the Food Network since I was in diapers and constantly educating myself.
