I care about people, that is a rare quality in this day and age. I am genuine and I love helping people learn new things. My knowledge of spices is one of my talents. I have some experience with gluten free cooking and baking. I have friends with Celiac's, so I have had to learn what I can and can't do in the kitchen in order to help them when I cook or bake for them. I am a purist, I believe using quality ingredients makes a huge impact on your food. I believe in good homemade food made with love, just like my grandma made.
I love making food that tastes good and makes people happy. It makes me feel good to make food that people enjoy. I also enjoy loose leaf tea, knitting, crocheting, sewing, and paper crafting. I am willing to share any knowledge that may be useful to someone. I feel like we all have something to offer one another.

Steph was amazing. She was super accommodating with menus, dates and had such a wonderful cheerful demeanor. My teenage daughter and her three friends had a fantastic time cooking and baking. They made a three course meal. All of the courses were chosen by my daughter. They made pretzels from scratch, pasta from scratch with a garlic cream sauce and a dessert of strawberry shortcake roulade and chocolate orange truffles. Success all around I would highly recommend her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what you are wanting to learn is important. I am willing to help however I can. I am also willing to work with schedule, I am pretty flexible in the evening and on weekends.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained much of my knowledge by working with my grandma. I am a chemist by day, following recipes and knowing what goes well together has always been something I have been good at.
