- Update #2 -- Well...we've been in the house for 2 years now. Why do I ever have to leave...Oh - to go to work! :-) The longer we are in the house, the more we LOVE it. Thank you Matukat!!- Update -- We have now been in the house for 1 full year!!!! I want to pinch myself every morning to make sure this is real. As normal, issues have been found and Matukat has been good to work the correction even with their busy schedule. Still HIGHLY recommend Matukat!Matukat is HIGHLY recommended. We had been dreaming of building our own home for over 40 years so we were very careful to hire a builder that could do that job right. Matukat did an incredible job on our 4500+ sqft full custom home. The whole team is the best. When the inevitable issues and problems popped up, the team engaged quickly to resolve and always involved us early.

I am a full time Realtor with over 35 years experience. I have worked for many builders during the span of my career. Matukat Construction is an excellent builder. They go above and beyond! The quality of their construction is superior to most new builds that I show to my buyers. Plus they go above and beyond doing items that the buyer requests. Something a lot of builders wont do.They are all about customer satisfaction and building homes that they and the buyers are proud of! I highly recommend them! On a one to 10, I give them a 10!
