- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Two actually! we have a flat hourly rate that applies to odd jobs and maintenance. Also we have labor only proposal. The reason for the two is do to the leaseie/owner of said property solely responsible for materials. We do deliver V.I.A. phone transaction over phone or on-line
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction, information, price range and upon striking deal .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have five years hands on training/ experience in painting, and drywall patching.
