We serve Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.
We do not charge for assessment fees for air duct cleaning quotes, since we can quote those jobs based on total square footage of home, and total number of furnaces/air handler in the home. Our team doesn’t require an on-site visit in order to provide the quote for air duct cleaning.
As for vent inspections visits for repair or vent install quotes we charge $39 for the service call. For a camera inspection/diagnosis it would be $99.
Standard Dryer vent cleaning service visit would be $195
Bathroom Exhaust vent/fan cleaning (add-on service) - $29 per exhaust vent. Standalone service $45

After getting my ducts and vents “cleaned” by another local business in town, I contacted Colorado Duct Doctors to resolve the problem with my dryer vent and booster fan. They were transparent that the other company didn’t do a thorough job and provided pictures of what they didn’t complete, and assured me that they could take care of it. I appreciated the level of professionalism and customer service they had when resolving my issue. I will definitely contact them again and recommend this business to others!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We off bundled service discounts when air duct and dryer vent cleaning are scheduled at the same service visit. The dryer vent cleaning would be discounted from $195 down to $99, when booked with air duct cleaning at regular price. Air duct cleaning can range from $399-799 depending on the size of the home, and number of air handler/furnaces.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering some basic information about your home and service needs (air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, etc.). We need to know the total square footage of the property if you need an air duct cleaning quote, the total number of furnaces/air handlers in the home, and location of furnace. For dryer vent cleaning appts, we i’d like to know if the dryer terminates to the side of the property or the roof if the homeowner is aware of the location and if not, our tech will be able to locate the dryer vent exhaust upon inspection when they are on site.

We provide information about our services, and our cleaning process via call.
