- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs will be bid at a set price as to avoid surprise charges for the customers. I believe it works better for customers to know what the cost will be before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to talk to the customer and get some information on the work needing done. Then if there is enough information to have a clear idea about the job I can give a rough ball park estimate just to give clients an idea of the cost. Lastly we schedule when would work best for the both of us to start working to finish the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed 4 years of Electrical trade school at the IEC. IEC is an accredited school that gave me over 40 credits towards an electrical engineering degree.
