Since you would like to only work with one photographer from start to finish, I will send over the contract for canceling our original agreement. As you have received an engagement session, I would normally deduct that from the refund amount but due to the extraordinary circumstances I will be refunding you the full 50% which comes out to $360.52. after paying a full amount. That is all.

When the COVID-19 crisis began I reached out to all Spring 2020 brides detailing my commitment to capturing their wedding days and letting them know if rescheduling became necessary (which it did) to please reach out for my availability. Our contract gave me the ability to assign an associate photographer in the event that I became unavailable. Unfortunately, you chose a date without consulting me on availability and then chose not to accept the associate photographer option when offered. The contract is in place to protect the client and business. You had already received and downloaded images from your engagement session as well consultation time. The booking fee (50% of total) covers my holding your date and declining additional weddings on the date you booked for 5/16. Best wishes on your new wedding date. Mary Elizabeth

They caught the love of family, the fun of the reception, the tenderness of love between bride and groom, the beauty of God's love in the prayers for the bride and groom. Mary Elizabeth was discreet and never intrusive with her photography during any part of the day, yet she caught it all! I would definitely recommend her!

Engagement Photography
Mary responded quickly and was able to fit us in for engagement photos on short notice. Her suggestions for location, time of day, positioning, and overall keeping the right mood alive were all spot on. I can’t wait to see our photos and show them off to everyone because I already know they will be great and we will cherish them for a lifetime! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a 10% off for all Military/First Responders. As the wife of a Disabled Veteran, I've been on that end of the budget and I want to pay it forward!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know my customers. Short sessions include lots of email back and forth or a phone conversation. Longer sessions might include coffee and an idea session. My products are tailored to what the Client wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been taking photography courses for several years and continue to be mentored by well known photographers. I take every opportunity to learn more so that my clients are better served!
