Jr and his brother were awesome. I was able to get an estimate for a window sill replacement and stucco repair from pictures alone. The estimate was also reasonably priced. I received two other estimates $300-$500 higher than Jr. The other two contractors had to come out and see the property in order to give an estimate after viewing the pictures, and wanted a deposit before scheduling work. Jr scheduled art within a week of the estimate, arrived on time and completed all the work in a few hours, no deposit needed. My friend/realtor stopped over and approved of the work so he also took their contact card.

Jr did an amazing job with my stucco repair. The price he quotes was the price I paid. He completed the job within 5 days of me contacting him. And cheaper than the 3 other companies that I received bids from. Go with Jr, he'll treat you right.
