- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing based on square footage of your home. I also have pricing on spot treatments for those individuals not requiring a full treatment, based on the complexity of the work. I believe in fair pricing, the more simple and fast a job may be, then the less it should cost. An example would be; a small paper wasp nest should be less than a huge hornets nest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, and find out what their pest concerns are. Perform a pest inspection and come up with a plan of action to eliminate their pest problem in the most efficient and safe manner available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 plus years of Pest Control experience here in Colorado Springs and overseas with the US Army. I am licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture in Categories: 110 Public Health, 301 Wood Destroying, 302 Outdoor Vertebrate, & 304 Residential / Commercial Pest Control I am an Associate Certified Entomologist - ACE, Through the Entomological Society of America.
