Introduction: I have 18 plus years of Pest Control Experience working for other companies. Now, I am so excited to start my own Pest Control Company! This way, I can promise you that the best materials and treatment methods are used. I am an ACE - Associate Certified Entomologist. I study the insects, so I know their biology and habits. With that knowledge, I am better prepared to bring any infestation under control. I offer conventional and green or natural services. I offer professional services to control: Termites, Bed Bugs, Spiders, Ants, Rats, Mice, Voles, Moles & Beetles Etc.. I also provide trapping services for Squirrels, Skunks, Raccoons and Rabbits. I will get your pest problem identified and taken care of. I enjoy helping people with a problem pest and bringing the situation full circle. It is a sense of pride for me to be able to help someone out with an issue that brings them fear or is a threat to their health.

    My husband and I got bed bugs from a hotel and we were afraid we brought them home with us. Osborne Pest Management didn't find anything; however, we had them spray just for peace of mind. They were very professional and left the decision up to us whether we wanted the house to be sprayed or not. That is honesty!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    I have standard pricing based on square footage of your home. I also have pricing on spot treatments for those individuals not requiring a full treatment, based on the complexity of the work. I believe in fair pricing, the more simple and fast a job may be, then the less it should cost. An example would be; a small paper wasp nest should be less than a huge hornets nest.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    I like to introduce myself, and find out what their pest concerns are. Perform a pest inspection and come up with a plan of action to eliminate their pest problem in the most efficient and safe manner available.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    I have 18 plus years of Pest Control experience here in Colorado Springs and overseas with the US Army. I am licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture in Categories: 110 Public Health, 301 Wood Destroying, 302 Outdoor Vertebrate, & 304 Residential / Commercial Pest Control I am an Associate Certified Entomologist - ACE, Through the Entomological Society of America.
