- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed being fit. I am just like everyone else. I go through my ups and downs of life. I once weighed 230 pounds with 22%. In high school I weighed 185 pounds with 7% body fat. Right now I weigh between 195-200 with 12% body fat. I as a person want to prevent having to be on any medications as I get older. I do not use medications now unless I have to. My goal is to me as healthy and mobile for as long as I am able to.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am straight forward. I am here to help you. I am the trainer your the client. My goal is to help you reach your goals. We work as a team to accomplish those goals. I am dedicated to helping the client. I respect the same from the client to put the same time and effort into their training.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew that fitness takes times and dedication. I can get you results, but every client's body is different. It takes time to see results. Some may see them in 2-3 months, others could take 6-8 months. Fitness is not a job, but it takes time to learn about your body and see what works for you. Just like learning a new job, you have to train to learn how to do your job. Once you learn it then you continue to learn more about the job. Same goes for fitness, learning is a continues job no matter what your doing in life.
