I called Above the Clouds when my air conditioner stopped working. Josh showed up a few hours after I called, and was personable and friendly. The bad news is, I ended up needing a new motor. The good news is that he had the motor in his truck and had it up and running pretty quickly. He had to make a few adjustments, but took the extra time to make it look professional. He did a great job and I know who to call from now on. Thanks Josh!

Even was great! He arrived right on time for my appointment and did a great job cleaning out my furnace and doing my yearly maintenance check. He found one thing wrong, my Run Capacitor was beginning to fail. He replaced that after thoroughly explaining to me why I should replace it. After he left I verified with my uncle who is HVAC in CA what Evan had told me about needing to replace the Capacitor. My uncle said he was spot on and he would have replaced it if it were him also. So I found Evan to be very trustworthy and will be calling Above the Clouds in the spring to do my AC cleaning and maintenance.
