Hello, I am an independently owned Licensed and insured HVAC contractor that is capable of pulling permits on Residential projects. I'm just looking for some work at this tough time. I am qualified for just about anything ranging from service work, to minor plumbing, to full on furnace, AC, and water heater installs along with other projects. I am authorized to obtain permits for and perform the installation, replacement or service and repair of gas piping, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in one- and two- family dwellings and accessory structures of not more than three (3) stories in height. -Service work to include, but not limited to the following; Repairing/Signing off on RED TAGS, bringing your mechanical system up to code compliance, no heat or no cool situation, blower motors issues, loud noises coming from the furnace, flame sensors, gas leaks, inspection of the heat exchanger, verify gas pressures, etc. -New installs such as; New Furnaces, A/C, mini splits, Garage heaters. chimney liners. Also whole house humidifiers such as a Bypass, fan powered, and steamed. For air purification I can do Electro static filters, UV bulbs, etc. I'm also proficient in relocation of air supplies, water heaters, venting, range hood venting, dryer vents, bathroom fan, Basement finishes, Modular homes and much more!
