Nick was very responsive, and let me know when he was on his way to my home. Which I appreciate, not having a ridiculous four hour window! He was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my refrigerator. He was very thorough and completed the repair in a very reasonable time. I received a great value for what he had to replace. I would definitely use NG Heating and Cooling again for any future repairs, and would ask for Nick!

He was wonderful! I felt very safe and he was trustworthy to have in my home. He was efficient and gave me time to clean behind/ underneath the refrige while it was pulled out. He offered to vacuum the coils on the back of the refrigerator.
