Mike, was amazing and did a great job putting together a desk for my mother. We had tried to assembly it on our own and ran into some problems. Found Mike's number and he came out and looked at the desk and the directions and told us that the directions were incorrect. He fixed the problem and even helped my husband carry the desk upstairs for my mom when he was finished. Super Happy with our choice to make the call!! JP
